Litigation Committee meeting will be presentations by two members.  First, committee co-chair Nidhi Shetye will lead “Depositions 2: Electric Boogaloo – This Time, They’re Experts!” a discussion of when and how to hire and depose experts, potential pitfalls, and issues of gender bias.  Second, Elizabeth Walker will talk about the New Title IX Rules, and What They Mean to You.
