“Better Lawyering Through Mindfulness”

Is your mind constantly going at 150 mph? Do you find yourself wasting precious time on thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Do you struggle to keep your attention on a task? Are you always multitasking, unable to focus? Is stress or anxiety keeping you from doing your best work? Do you experience high levels of stress or anxiety?

The practice of mindfulness is gaining traction amongst modern professionals, and with good reason. In a world where distractions abound but productivity must remain at an all-time high, it’s imperative that lawyers stay focused, calm, and controlled. Mindfulness and meditation are training tools for the brain. Just as you can exercise for peak physical performance, you can train the mind for optimal performance.

In this 90 minute workshop by Attorney and Author, Jeena Cho, you’ll learn:

 tools for stress and anxiety management;
 understanding the stress response;
 how to work with difficulties;
 practical mindfulness techniques you can employ in your daily life ; and
 tips for increasing focus and productivity
