Molly Swersky earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology and social work from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and master’s degrees in social work and public health from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a registered licensed clinical social worker in New York State.

Ms. Swersky has more than 15 years of psychotherapy experience in private practice and other clinical settings in Los Angeles and New York City, where she has seen a wide range of patients including children, adolescents and adults. She completed five years of post-master’s clinical training in Los Angeles and New York at various psychoanalytic institutes.

In addition to her therapy practice, Ms. Swersky has a professional background in public health. She has more than 10 years of experience in health promotion and disease prevention, including obesity, diabetes, maternal health, tobacco control and early childhood development public policy making and programmatic development. She recently worked at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and previously with the UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities.

Isabel Ezrati is a personal trainer and yoga instructor with particular focus on alignment and proper biomechanics for injury recovery and prevention. Certification from NASM (National Association for Sports Medicine) and in Vinyasa Yoga, also completed a 100 hour Immersion in the Anusara Yoga Style.

In addition, Ms. Ezrati is a tutor for high school and junior high school students to improve academic performance, increase self-esteem and reduce stress and anxiety. Experience includes students with ADD, ADHD, generalized anxiety, mild dyslexia and other language-based learning difficulties.

Ms. Ezrati earned a BA at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York and a MA at Teachers College of Columbia University.
