Shannon McNally is an Integrative Health Practitioner with nearly 8 years in the wellness industry.  Shannon is a registered yoga teacher, trained in Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, and received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She also goes by Chef Shannon(!), as she also provides personal chef services for small events and yoga retreats.

Shannon’s practice is deeply rooted in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, believing that we all have an innate ability to heal.  Through her own journey, she has discovered that food, movement, breathwork, and self exploration are all forms of medicine.  Her purpose is to guide clients and students to the space where they see and know themselves, and live intentionally to strengthen that connection.
