The event will include a video from World Without Exploitation, a national anti-trafficking movement and a CLE panel providing an overview of sex trafficking, including New York’s law and the court system’s approach; the way in which racial, gender, and income inequality contribute to trafficking and are also perpetuated by it; legislative initiatives; and what attorneys can do to help eliminate this human rights violation.
