Join us for a hands-on kimchi-making workshop where you’ll learn the basics of traditional Korean fermentation and make your own jar to take home.
This hands-workshop introduces participants to the history, followed by an overview of the traditional kimchi-making process. Attendees will learn how to prepare their own batch of kimchi to take home at the end of the session. The workshop will be taught by Andrea Kim, a member of NYWBA and a current part-time law student at Brooklyn Law School.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Immigration Defense Project.
