Following the Annual Meeting, a panel of distinguished ethics attorneys will present an ethics CLE program:

The Wheel of Ethics

The past few years have been a whirlwind for ethics lawyers. From the national news to the changing landscape of the legal profession, lawyers have faced new and challenging issues in a variety of contexts. Join us for an interactive program where we will cover the latest hot topics in legal ethics and what lawyers should be thinking about for the coming year. Topics will include secretly taping conversations, business transactions with clients, reporting mistakes/malpractice in representation, litigation funding, and many more!
