Marie Sennett, certified yoga teacher and transitional life coach, works one-on-one with her clients, creating personalized yoga and meditation plans tailored to their unique needs for a healthy body and mind. She helps clients achieve their health goals while preparing for exciting, fulfilling retirements filled with purpose and meaning. She meets with her clients online in the comfort of their home or office.

As a former Public Defender and Civil Rights Attorney with 35 years of experience, Marie intimately understands the toll that the legal profession takes on the mind, body, and spirit. Those immersed in this demanding work must actively strive to balance these pressures to prevent physical illness, emotional exhaustion, and harmful coping behaviors.

Drawing from over 25 years of yoga practice and her own transformation from a stressed, unhealthy lifestyle to one of balance and vitality, Marie became a yoga teacher and transitional life coach to support lawyers, judges, and other professionals in navigating these challenges. Her programs are grounded in simple, effective techniques designed to ease the unique stresses of a legal career.
