Megan L. Brackney, Esq. of Kostelanetz LLP will explain the fundamentals of the Innocent Spouse relief for federal taxes and penalties. This program will be useful to matrimonial attorneys as well as attorneys wishing to deepen their understanding of the intersection between matrimonial and tax law.
