Immigration Nuts & Bolts 2021 Edition

This CLE will focus on aspects of humanitarian, family-based, and employment-based immigration and is intended as 101-level CLE for practitioners in all practice areas who have an interest in immigration law, as well as for current immigration practitioners.

  • How divorce can impact immigration processes
  • Family-based immigration overview
  • Asylum basics
  • Employment-based immigration overview
  • Immigration updates under the Biden administration
