Elder Law and Disabilities Committee

Elder Abuse Division of the
Manhattan District Attorney's Office

Ms. Loewy will address elder abuse and what practitioners can learn
from elder abuse prosecutions, including the recent convictions of
Anthony Marshall and his attorney for the financial exploitation of
Brooke Astor. Space is limited.
