MEDIATION AND OTHER FORMS OF

Mediation is being used more frequently, along with other forms of ADR, as an alternative to litigation. Any attorney practicing in the Supreme Court, New York County, and in other courts should attend this exciting CLE program.

*CLE: NYWBA is a founding chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, an accredited CLE provider. Approval for 2 hours of CLE credits for established attorneys and as transitional credits for newly admitted attorneys is pending, in accordance with the requirements of the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board.
